For those familiar with the Foundations and looking to practice, apply, and develop their resiliecy
Service Description
60-minute group training classes that build upon the Foundations of functional training and movement within and across the connective tissues in the body. Together, we practice and develop rhythms of resiliency in the body by executing movement patterns while remaining consciously connected to restoring our inherent, natural physiology. Movement patterns are low-impact with the intention of recalibrating our body's natural alignment to achieve pain-free results overtime. Barefoot exercise is encouraged to deepen our connection between our feet and the ground and free-weights are primarily used (with a wide variety of weight available). This style of training develops core strength and empowers connectedness across the entire body in a way that enhances neuroplasticity, reduces inflammation, and expands our capacity for presence and embodiment.

Cancellation Policy
Class enrollment can be cancelled or rescheduled up to an hour before class time. Please reach out to thompkell@gmail.com with any questions or concerns. Your health and safety is of the utmost importance. Due to the personal nature and inherent risks of physical training, all participants are required to review and sign the Training & Fitness Waiver before their first session. You will receive an email about this, if required.
